closing is a quick way to summarize a learning event. The Procedure as follows:
1.
Assign
one of these words to each participant: powerful, flexible, creative, fun, responsible,
goal-oriented, Oh no!, sensible, important, difficult, understanding, wow, help,
interesting, stimulating, easy, exciting, perform.
2.
Form
participants into groups of three to four in a chat room.
3.
Ask
each group to create three to five summary statements about the subject of the
session, using the words they were assigned.
4.
Have
each group report their statements.
5.
Facilitate
a summary using the following debriefing questions or others of your own:

Review:
What surprised you during your review?

Remember:
What is the most meaningful thing you will remember from this session?
·
Relate:
How can you relate this content to what you need to do back on the job?
·
Recall:
What is the most important thing you want to recall once you return to the
workplace?
