Self-Marking
Quizzes - Create a number of quizzes that contain higher and lower level
questions. Allow students to take these quizzes and use a key to mark the
quizzes themselves. Students are able to determine their level of understanding
regarding a particular topic or unit of study. They can also identify areas they need to spend more
time learning by taking these self-marking quizzes. It is important to stress
to students that the purpose of these quizzes is to identify areas for further
development and that the number of correct or incorrect responses is not
important.
