Parts of vocabulary
Vocabulary to include of three parts, and they
are:
a.
Noun
Macfadyen, (2010) state that noun is a word used to name a person,
animals, place, country, thing, idea or abstract idea. Second and perhaps a
little trickier, a noun can be an action. A noun can function in a sentences as
a subject complement, an object complement, an appositive, an adjective or an
adverb.
b.
Verb
The following definition of verb are deriving from several views:
Swan,(1995:27) states that a verb is a word which can be used with a
subject to form basic of close sentences. And he also said that verb is a word
or phrase indicating an action.
Burn, (1975:295) states that a verb is a word that shows action or
being or verb is word that donate action.
- Adjective
Mcfadyen, (2010) states that adjective modifies a noun or pronoun by
describing, identifying, or quantifying words. An adjective usually precedes
the noun or the pronoun which it modifies
