DEFENISI CLASSROOM ACTION RESEARCH (CAR)/ PENELTIAN
TINDAKAN KELAS (PTK)
Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan
kualitas pendidikan melalui kegitan kelas yang lebih efektif. Karena itu
seorang guru atau dosen melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk memecahkan
masalah yang ditemukan di kelas. Jadi penelitian tindakan kelas adalah
penelitian yang dilakukan oleh guru di dalam kelasnya sendiri melalui refleksi
diri, dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerjanya sebagai guru, sehingga hasil
belajar siswa menjadi meningkat.
PROCEDURE OF CLASSROOM ACTION RESEARCH (CAR)/ PENELTIAN
TINDAKAN KELAS (PTK)
Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan dalam bentuk siklus dan setiap
siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, penerapan, pengamatan,dan refleksi, berikut tahapan dari setiap siklus
1. Perencanaan
(planning) membuat strategi pembelajaran untuk memecahkan masalah dalam kelas.
2. Penerapan
(implementing) pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan streategi yang telah
direncanakan bisa terdiri dari satu atau beberapa pertemuan dalam satu unit
strategi yang telah direncanakan.
3. Pengamatan
(observasi) proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi yang
telah direncanakan.
4. Refleksi
(reflecting) hasil dari tahap pengamatan untuk dievalusi apakah hasilnya sudah
mencapai kreteria keberhasilan atau belum. Apabila sudah tercapai maka berarti
siklus berhenti karena sudah berhasil dan apabila hasil belum mencapai sesuai
dengan kreteria keberhasilan maka strategi pembelajaran harus direvisi untuk
melanjutkan siklus berikutnya.
